EMS is useful for Preparedness planners, watch commanders, and citywide interagency coordinators (CIC) to be able to access and query virtually all of the agency’s GIS data sets from their own desk or vehicle. EMS makes it available upon request as a secure web application to other City safety / emergency management end users
