Raj has Masters in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, USA., with specialization in Transportation Engineering. He has over 15 years of experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) analysis, Remote Sensing, Air Photo Interpretation, and GIS Application Development in the USA. His GIS experience includes Land Use Analysis, Automated Vehicle Location (AVL), Location Based Analysis, Watershed Management, Traffic Impact Studies, and Environmental Impact Assessment. His contributions to the company are in the area of strategic management and consolidating the gains of its technical and marketing endeavors with professional inputs and international quality practices.

He has worked in various top-notch Companies like Lockheed Martin, Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), Parsons Brinkerhoff, etc. Some of the projects he has handled are :

A. N. Raju, Director

A. N. Raju is a Founder member and Director of Gaea Systems Pvt. Ltd. He is presently holding as Director in PVR Industries Limited, a reputed organization in the field of Infrastructure development in civil engineering (Highways & Bridges). He is a dual degree holder in M.Sc. – Computer science from Clemson University, USA, and M.Sc. – Structures from Rutgers University, USA. He brings with him 10 years of experience in handling major civil engineering projects on National Highways, and Major River Bridges.

He extensively uses his knowledge in the two fields to develop in house software to perform software - based analysis of civil engineering structures. He has also developed software tools to facilitate him in his managerial and supervisory functions.

He was instrumental in introducing digital mapping techniques using GPS and Intelligent Total Stations in highway and bridge projects in the organization. He has automated the process of cadastral/parcel mapping of land records for facilitating land acquisition in Highway projects. He is also extensively involved in site supervision with keenness towards quality control. He is a life member of IRC and ACCE, Member of International Association of Bridge and Structural Engineers.

S. Anjan Kumar, Vice President

S. Anjan Kumar is the key person in Gaea Systems Pvt. Ltd. He has vast experience in multinational organizations in development of high - end GIS applications for international clients. He has over 10 years of experience in software industry.

 He has over 6 years of experience in GIS Application Development in USA. His GIS experience includes Automated Vehicle Location (AVL), Location Based Analysis, Watershed Management and analysis. His contributions to the company are in the area of developing applications using various GIS Softwares following international quality practices.

A. Viswanadha Raju, Geology and Remote Sensing Expert

A. Viswanadha Raju is a Retd. Dy. Director General, Geological Survey of India. He is a specialist in Photogeology and Remote Sensing, Photogrammetry, Geological / Geomorphological mapping, Mineral Exploration, Exploration for Ground Water, Geo - technical Investigations and Thematic mapping. He has immense knowledge in Digital image processing.

He brings with him rich experience spanning over 35 years in different capacities in the Geological Survey of India, the apex organization of India in the field of Geological survey. After his training in the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing and National Remote Sensing Agency, he was involved in a number of projects based on remote sensing for over 20 years. During his service, he headed the Photogeology and Remote Sensing divisions of the Southern Region and the Training Institute of GSI.

During his tenure he has published various papers on his work based on application of remote sensing, in the journals of Geological Society of India, American Society of Photogrammetry, and publications of GSI and other organizations. He is a Life member of professional associations like Indian Society of Remote Sensing and The Gondwana Geological Society.

Aduri Sreenivas, GIS Manager

A. Aduri is responsible for client relations for the planning and implementation of GIS in municipal, county, cities, utility and private company projects, business development, Project management, project budget management, and issue management with a strong delivery record.

A. Aduri is a graduate in Civil Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad. He has vast experience in the field of GIS. He has worked on a wide variety of GIS related projects involving GIS Data conversion, GIS application development, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing; He has worked in some of organizations including Larsen & Toubro InfoTech Ltd and National Remote Sensing Agency (NRSA), Dept of Space, India.

B. Sreenivasa Rao, Manager (Survey & GIS)

B. Sreenivasa Rao is a Post graduate in Remote Sensing and GIS from National Institute of Technology (Formerly Regional Engineering College), Warangal. He is a life member of Indian Society of Remote Sensing and Indian Society of Geomatics. He has involved in system requirement analysis, Developing schema, Production workflow and Process for entire sequence of steps taken from Access data loading to delivery Responsible to do with resource consumption, monitoring and planning.

He has excellent project management and customer interaction skills, which helped ensure high customer satisfaction and contributed to winning repeat orders. He has been instrumental in bringing together large teams for executing projects adhering to demanding deadlines. He has been associated with reputed clients such as, Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL), MECON, National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Gas Transportation & Infrastructure Limited (GTIL, Reliance), Lee Associates of South Asia (LASA), Larsen & Tubro (L&T) and Trans - Asia Philippines Inc.
